The partner of our company, Associate Professor, Otar Machaidze, has a research visit to the research institute of UNIDROIT [International Institute for the Unification of Private Law] in Rome, at the invitation of the same institute and with the financial support of GIPA.
During the visit, Otar also participates in the ERASMUS+ academic staff exchange program, within the framework of this program, among other academic activities, on March 21, 2023, Otar participated in a conference organized by the University of Rome TOR VERGATA. He presented a report about alternative dispute resolution mechanisms in Georgia.
