Arbitration is a procedure in which a dispute is submitted by agreement of the parties, to the one or more arbitrators who make a binding decision. In choosing arbitration, the parties opt for a private dispute resolution procedure instead of going to court. Arbitration allows for control of the process, which is impossible during a time-consuming and expensive court hearing;

There are numerous reasons why you should apply to arbitration:

  1. Confidentiality - The process is not public, the media can not inform the public about the arbitral proceeding or final award.
  2. Flexibility - Arbitration grants the parties more freedom to agree upon a suitable procedure, and allows a greater influence over procedure than it is possible in court proceedings. The parties themselves set the schedule of procedural actions in agreement with the arbitrator. The parties themselves determine which part of the case needs to be considered and heard by an arbitrator and which issues can be resolved without formal procedures. As a rule, the parties's litigation is planned through their own lawyer.
  3. Selecting an Arbitrator - Unlike a litigation where it is impossible to select a judge, arbitration allows you to choose arbitrators with the technical or other expertise relevant to the dispute.
  4. Duration - Arbitration is much faster than litigation because the parties have the opportunity to draw up a case schedule.
  5. Cost - Arbitration allows the parties to control their litigation costs and require the arbitral tribunal to consider only a specific part of the case. The parties have the opportunity to extract from the case the details that are most important and require concentration on them thereby significantly reducing litigation costs.
