On May 22, 2016 at J&T Consulting the training was held on “The regulation of the competing claims on the example of unjust enrichment and possession actions”. The training was led by Levan Janashia, chairman of Tbilisi Arbitration Institute and the assistant professor at Tbilisi State University. Registration on the training was available for practitioners, law students and other interested individuals.
The above-mentioned training was accredited by the Training Center of Georgian Bar Association and was awarded with 4 mandatory credits.
Among the participants mostly there were legal practitioners. The training was very interactive while the legal regulations and case law trends was being discussed in terms of the Georgian legislation.
At the end of the training participants received the respective certificates.
J & T Consulting is still going to organize trainings on actual topics for the persons interested in legal issues to help them arise their legal awareness and improve practical skills.
