What does the part of the guide that our team worked on include:
The chapter examines, among other issues: the legislative framework for arbitration in Georgia, including both the domestic legislation and the New York Convention on the Recognition and Enforcement of Foreign Arbitral Awards; recent developments in court practice concerning competence-competence, setting aside and enforcement of awards, the involvement of non-signatories, and the increased use of virtual/online and hybrid hearings.
