In November 2021, the 6th edition of the Legal 500: International Arbitration Country Comparative Guide was published. The objective of this guide is to provide its readers with a pragmatic overview of the law and practice of international arbitration across a variety of jurisdictions.  Each chapter of this guide provides comprehensive information about the actual issues affecting international arbitration in a particular country and addresses topics such as the legal requirements of a valid arbitration agreement, the authority and obligations of arbitrators, the governing law and procedure, preliminary and interim relief, the rules of evidence and the enforcement of arbitral awards.

The chapter regarding International Arbitration laws and regulations applicable in Georgia was developed on behalf of a contributing Law Firm - J&T Consulting by Managing Partner - Dr. Giorgi Tsertsvadze and Partners - Dr. Otar Machaidze and Dr. Simon Takashvili. The guideline can be found here.
