On December 26th, 2019 at the Tbilisi State University Faculty of Law, Senior Associate of our company Simon Takashvili defended his PhD thesis. Simon has worked on the thesis “International Standards of Protecting Foreign Investments and Compliance of National Legislation with European and International Investment Regime” for three years in Georgia and in Germany (Hamburg, Max Plank Institute for Comparative and Private Law).
The paper discusses in detail very interesting and actual problems, that often occur in the daily work of practicing lawyers.
