By the initiative of European Business Association and ‘’J and T Consulting’’ a meeting was held for the Association members about the Draft Law on Mediation. At the meeting had been discussed the advantages of implementing and using alternative dispute resolution methods for business.
During the meeting the speech was represented by the Minister of Justice of Georgia, Ambassador of European Union, Director of the European Bank of Reconstruction and Development (EBRD), Secretary of the High Council of Justice of Georgia, Managing Partner of our Company and by other Experts.
