Dr. Otar Machaidze, a partner at the law firm “J&T Consulting,” has been elected as a board member of the Georgian Association of Arbitrators.
After a decade of operation, the association has implemented significant changes to its corporate governance structure. Rather than having a governing board, the organization's members have elected a board that fulfills a supervisory role.
