Research Fellowship at the Max Planck Institute

Giorgi Tsertsvadze, Managing Partner of J&T Consulting, is a recipient of a Research Fellowship at the Max Planck Institute for Comparative and International Private Law.

The Max Planck Institute stands as one of the leading European academic centers located in Hamburg, Germany. The Institute conducts research on business law throughout the world.

The Managing Partner of J&T Consulting has been actively collaborating with the Institute since 2007 in various research projects.

After the completion of the project, in autumn 2022, the Georgian legal community will receive the second volume of the Competition Law textbook authored by Giorgi Tsertsvadze. The first volume of the textbook was published in December 2020 with the support of the Humboldt Foundation.
