Collaboration between Law Firms, J&T Consulting and STRIK

On September 23-27, Managing Partner of J&T Consulting - Giorgi Tsertsvadze visited Amsterdam (Netherlands) upon the invitation of the Law Firm STRIK.

STRIK is an Amsterdam-based Law Firm that has been providing trust management services to clients from all over the globe, including the post-Soviet states, since 1991.

The meeting was intended to further deepen the established partnership, so that wide Georgian businesses as possible to identify the privileges regarding the setting up their corporate structure under Dutch law. Several Georgian business entities have already prosperously applied the joint services of STRIK and J&T, which demonstrates the prospects of this segment on the Georgian market.

In cooperation with the company's founder, Christian M. Strik, and his team, an intensive campaign was designed for the year ahead, which shall promote increase the number of Georgian businesses interested in applying the jurisdiction of the Netherlands.

This meeting was the very first in a series of meetings that J&T Consulting is planning with its current and potential international partners in preparation for the post-Covid period. The objective of the series of meetings is to enhance the access of Georgian businesses to hitherto untapped international resources through the introduction of new and innovative segments of legal services.
