J&T Consulting’s Managing Partner Giorgi Tsertsvadze, Partner Otar Machaidze, as well as Giorgi Svanadze and Lasha Tsertsvadze, have co-authored a new practical guide titled “The Lawyer’s Role in Business Negotiations, Mediation, Arbitration, and Litigation”.
During the process of developing the guide, members of the J&T Consulting team were actively involved. The scientific editor of the publication is the company’s partner Simon Takashvili, while the research group was composed of our lawyers: Tatia Turazashvili, Ketevan Kvetenadze, and Tamaz Sujashvili.
The book is published by the publishing house of Sulkhan-Saba Orbeliani University, and the official presentation of the guide was also held on March 12 at the university’s library.
