We are delighted to announce that Giorgi Tsertsvadze, the managing partner of our company, and Otar Machaidze, a partner, have been selected as mediation development consultants for two significant projects initiated by the Council of Europe.
The first project, “Promoting Alternative Dispute Resolution Mechanisms” in Georgia aims to enhance the accessibility of mediation mechanisms for citizens. The project is implemented by the Council of Europe’s Cooperation Programmes Division of the Department for the Implementation of Human Rights, Justice and Legal Cooperation Standards, Directorate General for Human Rights and the Rule of Law together with the Council of Europe Office in Georgia.
The second project, “Support to Modernisation of Court Management in Georgia” seeks to support the country in implementing Council of Europe and other international standards and tools in the field of justice, while also enhancing the capabilities of professionals to effectively utilize these standards and tools in various aspects. The project is implemented by the Council of Europe European Commission for the Efficiency of Justice (CEPEJ), Directorate General of Human Rights and Rule of Law (DG I).
