On June 27, 2017 was published the book “Recognition and Enforcement of Foreign Arbitral Awards”, with the active help of Columbia Law School Professor George Bermann (Editor) and students of the same Law School.
The Book Examines how The New York Convention has been understood and applied in different jurisdictions, how is interpreted by the National Courts.
Publication includes reports, prepared by a representatives of 44 different countries. Between them is report from Georgia, too. This report about effectiveness, implementation and interpretation of The New York convention in Georgia was prepared by Managing Partner of our company – Dr. Giorgi Tsertsvadze.
