Meeting with the lawyers of the legal aid service

On November 4 and 5 this year the managing partner of J&T Consulting was invited by the Georgian office of UNDP (United Nations Development Program) to meet the lawyers of the free legal aid service on civil cases with Alan Paterson, the Scottish professor. The aim of the meeting was to share the Scottish experience of providing the high quality free legal aid and to initiate the discussion regarding creating the concept of the Georgian model. Giorgi Tsertsvadze responded to the questions of the foreign expert about some issues of civil proceedings in Georgia and shared the respective work experience of J&T Consulting with lawyers of the legal aid program regarding the quality of the legal service. Professor Paterson thanked Giorgi Tsertsvadze at the end of the training for the support and expressed the desire of the future collaboration.
