On 4-5 June, 2016 next training-course was organized by J & T Consulting on “Arbitration – The best way to resolve the business and investment disputes." The training-course was led by the senior associates of our company – Simon Takashvili and Otar Machaidze. The training was about important issues of arbitration and investment law and was provided for people interested in private law.
During the first day of the training-course Otar Machaidze was reviewing general issues of arbitration, its advantages and disadvantages, also practical aspects of arbitration.
On the second day of the training-course the topic of the discussion was the specificity of the international investment dispute resolution, resolution of Investment disputes on the basis of ICSID convention, applicable procedural and substantive law.
Participants of the training-course mostly were law students. At the end of the course participants recieved the certificates.
J & T Consulting is still going to organize such kind of trainings on actual topics for the individuals interested in legal issues to help them arise their legal awareness and improve practical skills.
