In the scope of the DLA Project, the team of J&T Consulting conducted a research on disputes between Georgian legislation and the Competition Agency of Georgia regarding the concentration of economic agents. The study is published in the second book of DLA Piper 2019’s Global Merger Handbook trilogy.
Global Merger Control Handbook combines the analysis of the legislation of 55 countries. Senior Associate of J&T consulting Teo Kvirikashvili and Associate Ketevan Tarkhnishvili worked on the Georgian part of the publication.
